I heard today that one of the most important things to do in a job interview is to smile. Well, I would, if they would call me for an interview. How can they know how great my smile is from a resume? Smiling does always sell. And it makes us feel great!

I looove that Tom Hall song!! Will found the words online and plays it on his guitar (although he did change a couple of the words to be more suitable)...I always love to hear him play this song! Very sweet! =) Hope you're all doing well...we think of you often!
