These were taken the first day of school. Unfortunately V. doesn't love hers since it was taken at the end of the school day and her hair is not represented the way it was supposed to be. Ah, such is the story of school pictures. I like them!
There is something wonderful about school pictures isn't there?!?! I used to dread mine because my mom would pull my hair back so tight that even at the end of the day I'd look Asian my eyes were so pulled! Who needs Botox when mom does your hair!!
Well, I like the school pictures..both of them. They are good looking kids...and not only that they are good kids! We are proud of our oldest grandchildren.
It is esp fun to go back and look at all of them and see the changes. I have all Lex's in the same frame and look at them every year when I add a new one. Last week when I was dusting the kindergarten one fell out and Darrell saw it and said, "We have his senior picture now, let's have that one showing!" (so we do...)
I remember when your mom told me that Nick hoped she wouldn't have anymore grandchildren after Victoria and she said she hoped she had many more! Then came Grant:) I like their pictures too.

School pictures often reflect the reaction of the student to the photographer. I have one that makes it obvious I couldn't stand the guy!
