This is not the best photograph in the world, but I think you can see that work is continuing on the basement here. The floor is now completely dug out and leveled out, and steel has been tied for the walls and the ramp has been "steepened". (The light switch is now unreachable by Sir Grantius.) I think there is a bit more framing to do before we can pour the walls. Now would be an inappropriate time for an earthquake. Grin. And the best news is that there are still plenty of good workouts left in the project if your gym is too crowded.Wednesday, January 30, 2008

What a clever way to entice people over to help...an uncrowded "gym!" I think you should offer some of your delicious cooking, and you'd get a better response! :)
Looks like a big project, but well worth the effort when it's done!
